Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vibe website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
About us
This site is operated by Vibe Centre Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Vibe Centre Ltd.
Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This is not acceptance of your order — a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or incorrectly priced.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price correctly, but if we discover an error we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We accept major debit and credit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout.
Products
We make every effort to describe and picture products accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images on your screen. Product compatibility information is provided as a guide — please check your device's requirements.
Your rights & returns
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to return an item, and our Delivery Information for shipping details.
Warranty
Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults, in addition to your statutory rights. This does not cover damage from misuse, accident or normal wear.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms, but we are not liable for indirect losses or for events outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including logos, text, images and design — belongs to Vibe Centre Ltd or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Our UK support team is happy to explain anything here in plain English.
