Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vibe website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

vibecentre.com is operated by Vibe Centre Ltd.

Registered company name: Vibe Centre Company number: 5167237 Registered office: 5 Salop Street, Bolton , BL2 1DZ VAT number: 834 9609 95 Email: support@vibecentre.com

These Terms apply to all orders placed through vibecentre.com by consumers. If you are buying for business purposes, please visit vibetrade.co.uk — different terms apply, and this site is not intended for trade purchases.

By placing an order you accept these Terms. Please read them before ordering.

2. How a contract is formed

  1. You place an order through our website. This is an offer to buy, not an accepted contract.
  2. We send you an order acknowledgement email. This confirms receipt only — it does not form a contract.
  3. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming the goods have been sent.

If we cannot accept your order — for example the item is out of stock, we cannot verify payment, or there has been a pricing error — we will tell you and refund any payment taken in full.

3. Products

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Images are for illustration; slight variations in colour or finish may occur.

Product availability is not guaranteed until dispatch. We may withdraw or change products at any time.

4. Price and payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the prevailing rate.
  • Delivery charges are shown separately and added at checkout. See our Delivery Information.
  • Payment is taken at the point of order.
  • We accept [LIST PAYMENT METHODS — e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna].

5. Pricing errors

We work hard to ensure prices are correct, but errors occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Where a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mis-pricing, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if we have sent an acknowledgement.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, costs and timescales are set out in our Delivery Information, which forms part of these Terms.

Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the contract being formed.

Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, takes physical possession of the goods.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary, you have:

  • A statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason
  • Statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose
  • Our 2-year warranty, in addition to the above

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Our 2-year warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty on Vibe and C3 Tech branded products purchased from vibecentre.com. This warranty is given voluntarily and is in addition to — not instead of — your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship that appear within 24 months of the delivery date, under normal domestic use.

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, crushing, or impact
  • Liquid damage or water ingress, unless the product is rated for it and used within that rating
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or use outside the product's stated specification
  • Normal cosmetic wear, including scuffs, scratches and discolouration
  • Fraying or wear to cable jackets, connectors or strain reliefs caused by ordinary use over time
  • Gradual reduction in battery capacity. Lithium-ion cells lose capacity naturally with charge cycles and age. This is expected behaviour, not a defect. A battery is considered defective only if it fails to hold charge substantially below its rated performance in the first [12] months, or fails entirely.
  • Damage caused by connecting the product to incompatible or faulty equipment
  • Products that have been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than us or an authorised repairer
  • Products bought from anyone other than vibecentre.com

How to claim

Email support@vibecentre.com with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • The product name or SKU
  • A description of the fault, with photographs or a short video where possible

Our remedy

Where a valid warranty claim is made, we will at our discretion repair, replace, or refund the product. Replacements may be the same product or a functionally equivalent one where the original is discontinued.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any loss arising from your use of the product for business purposes, including loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, including the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and supplied with reasonable skill and care
  • Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987

10. Product safety and correct use

Our products are electrical goods. Please:

  • Use only as described in the product instructions
  • Do not use a damaged cable, charger or power bank
  • Do not expose products to extreme heat, or leave power banks charging unattended for long periods
  • Keep away from children where the product is not intended for them

Dispose of electrical goods and batteries responsibly — see our Delivery Information for recycling information.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, extreme weather, courier failure, supply chain disruption, fire, flood, or failure of public networks. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend the delivery timescale or, if the delay is substantial, allow you to cancel for a full refund.

12. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@vibecentre.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, for resale, or in breach of these Terms.

13. Intellectual property

All content on vibecentre.com — including the Vibe and C3 Tech names and logos, product photography, text, and site design — is owned by or licensed to Vibe Centre Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

14. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, contact support@vibecentre.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. Details available on request. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform if applicable to your circumstances.

15. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
  • If we do not enforce a right immediately, that does not prevent us doing so later.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation; this will not affect your rights.
  • These Terms are between you and us. No other person has rights to enforce them.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on our website at the time you placed it.
