This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use vibecentre.com or buy from us, why we use it, who we share it with and what your rights are. We follow UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What we collect

• Contact and delivery details: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.
• Order details: what you bought, when, the price, delivery choice, and any returns or refunds.
• Payment details: payments are handled securely by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card number.
• Account details: if you create an account, your login and order history.
• Messages: what you tell us when you email us or use our contact form.
• Website use: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed and items added to your basket, collected using cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Marketing choices: whether you've signed up to our emails.

We only collect what we need. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and you must be 18 or over to place an order.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted companies that help us run our business, and only what they need:

• the company that hosts our website and online shop;
• payment providers, to take payment and prevent fraud;
• delivery companies, to deliver your order;
• email and IT service providers;
• advertising and analytics partners, only if you agree to those cookies;
• our accountants and professional advisers, and the police, HMRC or other authorities when the law requires it.

Sending information outside the UK

Some of our service providers store or process information outside the UK. When this happens, we make sure it is protected by approved safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

• Order and payment records: 6 years after the end of the tax year, as required by tax law.
• Account details: until you ask us to delete your account.
• Marketing details: until you unsubscribe.
• Emails and messages: up to 2 years after we last hear from you, unless they relate to an ongoing issue.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• get a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct anything that's wrong;
• ask us to delete your information;
• ask us to limit how we use it, or object to us using it;
• ask for your information in a format you can take elsewhere;
• withdraw your consent at any time (for example, by unsubscribing from emails).

How to delete your data

Email support@vibecentre.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm who you are. We'll respond within one month. We will delete or anonymise your information, except anything the law says we must keep (such as order records for tax), which we'll keep only for as long as required.

Keeping it safe

Our website uses encryption (HTTPS), and access to customer information is limited to people who need it to do their job.
