Delivery Information

We dispatch fast from the UK and keep you updated every step of the way. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.

Delivery cost

• Free UK delivery on all orders over £25.
• Orders under £25 are charged a flat £5.99.

Dispatch & timing

Order before 3pm on a working day and we aim to dispatch the same day. Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days. During busy periods or bank holidays delivery may take a little longer.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We're working on expanding — join our newsletter to be the first to know.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, please contact us with your order number and we'll chase it up straight away.

Wrong or incomplete orders

If anything is missing or incorrect, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll put it right.
