Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from vibecentre.com as a consumer in the UK. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your legal rights. Trade and wholesale customers buy on separate terms through Vibe Trade.

1. Who we are

Vibe Centre Ltd (company number 05167237, registered in England and Wales). Registered office: 5 Salop Street, Bolton, BL2 1DZ, United Kingdom.

Orders: orders@vibecentre.com. General questions: support@vibecentre.com. We aim to reply within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays).

2. Your order and our contract

  • When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. The contract between us starts when we send that order confirmation.
  • We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
  • You must be 18 or over to place an order.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are the price you pay for the product. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order.
  • If we discover a pricing error before we send your order, we'll contact you to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Products

  • Product images are for illustration. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
  • Please check that a product is compatible with your device (for example the connector type and power rating) before you buy. If you're not sure, ask us first.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the UK. Costs, timings and what to do if there is a problem are set out on our Delivery Information page.

6. Cancelling, returns and faulty items

You can change your mind within 30 days of delivery, and faulty items are covered by your legal rights and our 2-year warranty. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

7. Items bought from other sellers

These terms, our returns policy and our warranty service apply only to orders placed directly on vibecentre.com. If you bought a Vibe or C3 Tech product from another shop, website or marketplace, please contact that seller about returns, refunds or faults.

8. Our responsibility to you

  • If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that, but not for loss that isn't foreseeable.
  • We supply products for personal and household use only. We are not responsible for loss of profit, business or business opportunity.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by using a product in a way it isn't designed for, with incompatible equipment, or against its instructions.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Events outside our control

We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we'll let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is long, you can cancel and get a refund for anything you haven't received.

10. Your account and personal information

Please keep your account login details safe. We use your personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Our content

All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Vibe Centre Ltd or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

12. Complaints

If you're unhappy, please email support@vibecentre.com (or orders@vibecentre.com for order issues) and we'll try to put it right. If we can't, you can get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, 0808 223 1133).

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
