Shipping policy

Shipping,  Delivery  & Return :

All orders that payment has been confirmed for will be dispatched providing all items in the order are in stock. Please allow extra time for orders that must be shipped overseas. Delivery charges may vary and the size and the delivery address of the order will determine the courier used.

Please note that all deliveries will require a signature when received, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a member of staff is present to accept the delivery. Vibe Centre will not accept any liability if a third party unrelated to the business placing the original order signs for the delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
