We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery options and costs

The delivery cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no extra fees after you order.
Dispatch and timing
- We pack and send orders Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
- Standard orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Express is our faster option.
- Busy periods, bad weather or courier problems can occasionally cause delays. If something is held up, we'll let you know.
- If we can't deliver your order within 30 days, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
When your order has been sent, we email you the delivery details and a tracking link where the service includes one.
Your address
Please check your delivery address carefully before you order. If it's wrong, email orders@vibecentre.com straight away. Once a parcel has been sent we may not be able to change it.
Missing, late or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong item, email orders@vibecentre.com with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We'll sort it out. See our Returns & Refunds page for more.
The items are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you've nominated.
